Solicitei com meses de antecedência para ser hospedado em um andar alto, mas me hospedaram no primeiro andar. Esse hotel já foi mais bem cuidado. O banheiro do quarto que fiquei hospedado está com um vazamento no teto, que fez parte do acabamento despregar.

O hotel é muito bom, fiquei no apartamento com vista para o mar. Porem os utensilhos de cozinha não sao funcionais como parecem, o secador de cabelo é aquele modelo padrao de hotel, bem ruim. Mas vale a pena, bem localizado

Moveis estão precisando de atualização, cadeira e meses a desabar quase. Café bem agradável. Foi solicitado por mim o ajuste de um equipamento na academia que estava impossivel de utilizar, nao fui atendido, demais equipamentos velhos e poucas opções. Mesmo tendo especificado meu desejo de andar alto desde a reserva, nao fui atendido. E bem ignorado pela recepcionista.

Ble veldig skuffet og misfornøyd med to områder: 1 wifi virket kun i stuen på leiligheten 2 hotellet påsto at vi ikke kunne ta i mot besøk i leiligheten vi leide uten å betale. Vi hadde leid leilighet med ekstra soverom for å kunne få familie på besøk. Frokosten var glimrende og servicen fra folkene i frokostsalen var svært flott.

Fiquei hospedado 9 noites no Paradise Flat. A experiência foi ótima. A Ivânia Vanessa do restaurante é muito gentil, educada e prestativa. As meninas da recepção são ótimas. A moça da arrumação de quartos tb. No geral o staff é muito bom. A vista do apartamento no 9° andar nem se fala. Recomendo!

O Wi-fi é horrível Melhor informar que não tem.

Eu não entendo como um flat daquele porte informa que tem wi-fi nos quartos. A velocidade é a lenha. Ficaria mais feliz se informassem que não tem. Eu tive que usar o 4G para trabalhar no quarto.

Muito ruim. Conservação e higiene de péssima qualidade. Mobiliario velho e estragado. Quarto sujo e sem utensílios. Sequer copos pra água. Lençóis e travesseiros de péssima qualidade e menores q o colchão. Nem um lençol pra se cobrir tinha. Usamos a colcha da cama q tinha aparencia de usada. Não foi feita limpeza nem arrumação do quarto durante a hospedagem. Quando questionei as 16 hs fui informada q a equipe de limpeza, já tinha ido embora. O banheiro tinha um mal cheiro tipicos de um banheiro mal limpo. Cheguei em um dia só vim conseguir copos de vidro pra agua 24 hs depois. Ao solicitar, Recebi da recepção 4 copos descartáveis
