Great area with lots of restaurants and entertainment. A few blocks from the beach. It’s not upgraded but it is in okay condition. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Door system needs to be updated. You have to often recharge the door key to work.

Excelente café da manhã, excelente localização, funcionários cordiais. Mas o hotel é muito velho, corredores em péssimas comissões, porta do meu quarto estava remendada, ar condicionado é central e tive que manter desligado porque tinha alguma coisa solta lá dentro fazendo barulho, roupa de cama gasta. Com certeza não voltaria, escolheria algum lugar mais novo.

Ficamos apaixonados por Natal, e amamos o hotel, em especial a localização que é simplesmente INCRÍVEL! perto da praia, e ao lado de shoppings, feiras, restaurantes, sendo possível ir a pé a todos os lugares. Em frente ao Hotel ainda há uma feirinha de food trucks deliciosa com música ao vivo. Enfim, voltaremos muitas outras vezes e certamente para o mesmo hotel Os funcionários extremamente gentis e corteses.

Me hospedei no hotel do dia 12/03 ao dia 19/03 foram incríveis 7 dias. Ficamos no apartamento no sexto andar e a vista do mar e do morro do careca era linda. Os quartos são excelentes, possui secador e até ferro o que achei muito importante pois toda viagem é um transtorno para conseguir passar roupa. O café da manhã é variado tem coisas para todos gostos além do buffet, tem algumas coisas que pode ser pedido ao garçom que é feito na hora como tapiocas doces e salgadas, misto quente entre outros. Outra coisa que gostamos bastante foi o Beach club que os hóspedes tem acesso muito Gostoso fica de frente à praia de Ponta negra com fácil acesso à praia. Pegamos dias chuvosos e ter o beach club foi um diferencial para não perdermos o dia trancado no hotel. Nada a reclamar foi maravilhoso a hospedagem. Com certeza se voltar em Natal novamente irei hospedar no Praiamar express. O hotel fica próximo a vários restaurantes uma avenida bastante movimentada, na frente tem uma feira com foodtruck muito gostoso e preços excelentes.

Falta de limpeza

Moveis do quarto ja estao velhos e falta uma pintura nas paredes dos quartos. Cama dura. O beach club que tem acesso por estar hospedado no hotel , é horrivel, piscinas toda suja. Cheia de limpo nas bordas (juseira de muito tempo incralacrada). Café da manha e jantar sao bons.

Ótimo em tudo. A única exceção é que solicitei algumas vezes um tapete antiderrapante para o Box do banheiro e não trouxeram. Outra coisa é que é muita gente no hotel. No café da manhã é difícil encontrar uma mesa disponível dependendo do horário e também o elevador. No mais tem estacionamento coberto sem custo, a comida é muito boa, os funcionários são prestativos, a localização é ótima, e o quarto é muito bom e confortável

Des équipements obsolètes dans la chambre. Une porte-fenêtre mal isolée si bien qu'il y a de l'eau sur le rideau quand il pleut ce qui a pour effet de dégager une odeur de moisi. Par contre, le personnel de l'hôtel est on ne peut plus serviable et le restaurant est très bien au niveau de la cuisine.
