Very bad condition very dirty. The refrigerator was not working, tv wasn’t working. Dirty bed sheets with dried blood stained, the toilet seat all yellow and stained. Roaches under the bed. Was not clean at all. Nothing was working and place was dirty. Not worth the price I paid for definitely was a bad experience. Not coming back again.

This place is SO dirty!! I didn’t even shower because I was so disgusted by the bathroom. Bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. The kids pool was the grossest thing I have ever seen. I regret letting my child go in because it made her sick! Stay away!!!

Atendimento Espetacular

Atendimento e refeições foram a melhor parte da nossa estadia. Infelizmente nosso quarto estava vizinho a uma área em reforma, então incomodava bastante, uma sugestão, o hotel poderia informar sobre a reforma no checkin, porque você pagar caro e ficar ao lado de obra é complicado.

O hotel tinha uma boa estrutura fisica, porem funcionarios muito ruina, nao sabiam dar informações, muito desorganizados! Meu quarto estava sem limpar com banheiro com cabelo quando cheguei(tufo no azileijo), esqueciam de deixar toalhas limpas, agua morna para feia no fim do dia,precisei pedir agua pra dar banho no bebe! Tenho alergia a leite e quase tudo tinha leite no cafe e almoco/jantar! No quarto dos meus primos sumiu um carregador c faxineira folguista! Piscina mto pequena pra quantidade de pessoas, parecia piscinão de ramos! Checkin extremamente demorado não deram prioridade pra mim que estava com bebe com sono! Elevador quebrado, só tinha 1 funcionando e mtas pessoas hospedadas!

Hotel confortável e muito bem localizado. O beach club e recreação para as crianças faz toda diferença. Peogramação também a noite voltada para crianças. Café da manhã muito bom, porém o salão não comporta todos os hóspedes. Serviço de quarto bom, trocam diariamente as toalhas e roupa de cama.

Viajei com minha esposa e três filhos, e a experiência foi ótima. Fui bem atendido e o apartamento família foi muito bom. Café, almoço e janta com muitas variedades e pra finalizar, as piscinas e as atividades com as crianças foram excelentes. Pra finalizar, nossa estadia foi além das expectativas. Recomendo!

Atendimento bom, mas o hotel é pessimo

O atendimento é bom, mas o hotel está caindo aos pedaços. Elevador quebrado durante toda a estadia. Ficamos presos no elevador 2 vezes. Colchões velhos. Ar condicionado central sem regulagem de temperatura. TV não era SMART. Cofre não funcionava. Para completar, apareceu uma barata em nosso banheiro.
