Property is located in a perfect spot for anyone looking to take in the sites and sounds of Natchez MS. Feels like the clock has turned back to a simpler time resting in a small cottage steps away from the Mississippi River.
We enjoyed our stay in this nicely renovated home that was conveniently located near all that downtown Natchez has to offer. Host was very accommodating and responsive as well.
We enjoyed our stay at this Darling and very clean house! It is in a perfect location in downtown Natchez. Walking distance to so many attractions and restaurants/bars. We loved it so much and will be back!
We had a great time. Kelly Kottage was in walking distance from all of the fun bars and restaurants that Natchez had to offer. Jennifer made sure we were able to check-in early as well, which was a plus. Will definitely be returning!
Kelly's Kottage was perfect for our stay. We were in town for a wedding at Stanton Hall and it was within walking distance of the venue. We are also within walking distance to everything else - shopping, eating, bars. It was ideal!
Wonderful stay. Excellent location.Walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do....Fully supplied with amenities..We had a great week! The Corner Bar next door was GREAT!! Don't miss their Wednesday steak night ! Great steak and good price! Get there early though....Overall stay we give it 5 stars!!

We absolutely loved the cottage and area around the cottage. It says it is next to a bar but it is really quiet and it has really great food. The hamburger is delicious and the salmon is out of this world. The cottage has very comfortable beds and a clean kitchen and bathroom area. We will absolutely use the cottage when we come again.
Adorable house, close to all attractions, The Corner Bar is not loud at all and the steaks on Wednesday can't be beat.
The property is very well kept and clean. Our small dog enjoyed the back yard very much. We will always stay here when we come to Natchez. Absolutely Loved our stay at Kelly Kottage, Jennifer and her staff are the best.
This place is awesome, especially for two people. The location is prime. The hose was great and check in/out was super easy. It was very clean! I’ve seen complaints about the corner bar next door, but we had no noise issues at all on that front. Would definitely return and book again!

Kelly Kottage is conveniently located, but with the one-way streets there is a lot of loud traffic. The Corner Bar next door has a popular Wed ”Steak Night”—we really enjoyed the food! However, patrons walking by were yelling & sometimes fighting until after 11:00 pm, disturbing those of us sleeping in front. The bar had loud live music until late on Fri. Happily, nights were quiet on Thu, Sat & Sun.We had trouble checking in because the electronic door code wasn’t working. The host quickly responded, so not a problem. There was only 1/4 roll of tp in the bathroom, but the host responded quickly & delivered more before we got back from dinner. The original description said there were 2 beds in each of the 2 bedrooms and a hot tub, all of which seemed great. However, when we contacted the host, she said there was 1 bed per BR and no hot tub. She did correct the listing, after we had booked. But we made it work by bringing a blowup mattress; the host provided the linens: thanks! The listing said it accommodated 4, but there was no table, only 2 stools for the bar in the kitchen. Others sat on the couch to eat. The light colored couch had food stains and was sorta dingy. The floor between the couch and coffee table wasn’t well vacuumed. The rest of the house was clean. Beds were very comfortable. We loved sitting on the porch & chatting with friendly people walking by.There were no written checkin or checkout procedures. Host responded quickly to our text about the WiFi code.
