Peaceful and quiet easy to find. Great views of Mississippi.. Lovely pool and lots of outdoor spaces to relax. Good room slept well nice compact bathroom. Didnt meet host. Average breakfast at Monmouth.which is a lovely stately home. Dont have the french toast basically fried bread with what didnt look like cream cheese in between and dusted with powdered sugar no fruit as you would usually have - wasnt good!

Last minute get away and we were greeted by Shaunda at our car. Quiet and maintained, anything I “needed” was just a text away. The breakfast is several miles away at another huge Plantation Home. Be sure to attempt being at the edge of the property at sunset! I sat at the poolside and the large soaking bathtub was great! Will be back!

The room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a refrigerator in the room and coffee and tea available all day. A little disappointed that there was no hairdryer provided and with the lack of responsiveness from the staff.
