"This hotel is convenient to NOTHING. It is also quite old. The rooms were decent, though the bathrooms were not great. The worst was the mouse running across the conference center. Wouldn’t recommend."

"I was in town for a convention and had booked well in advance. My room was not ready for almost an hour after the scheduled time. Staff was nice enough but not exceptionally friendly. The room was clean but there’s noticeable little things like rips in the curtain sheers and stains on the carpet that I didn’t expect for the cost of the room. "

He was just so helpful and considerate compared to other staff members I get that it was the peak season weekend, but Kevin was the only staff member who actually was working overtime and ensuring customer satisfaction. I say this not just since he gave us a warm welcome with a birthday card and cake for our little son when he turned 3, but I also saw him work overtime during breakfast rush hours. Breakfast was a good spread indeed and the suite was very clean and spacious "

"The hotel itself was not bad. Parking was $49/night which was annoying. On our first morning, we discovered ants in our bathroom. We didn’t think much of it and got rid of them the best we could. After we arrived back to our room after a long day of walking with our two young children, we showered and we getting in bed. I discovered an ant crawl on my son and got it off him. I think saw an ant in my bed and I had had enough. I called the front desk and the gentleman was apologetic and asked us to pack our belongings and go to the front desk and we would be issued a new room. Approximately 10 minutes later, after packing our things and getting the kids out of bed, we received another call to our room. A woman said there were no more rooms available. She said she would send up an engineer. I was not comfortable with this and proceeded to the lobby. Upon our arrival she immediately gave us an attitude. She asked us to have a seat in the lobby and told us again that there no rooms available. I began to look for another local hotel to stay at in the meantime. Once I found an acceptable hotel, I went back to the desk and asked if we could be refunded since we were displaced. Suddenly, there was another room available. We were moved and had no further issues. All of the other workers were very kind, but this particular employee was very disrespectful. "

"Limited breakfast options, bathroom not as clean as expected, no basic toiletries (cream, facial tissues, water bottles). Only pro was that the area was decent and close proximity to Washington touristy spots by car. "
