The beds and pillows were just the right amount of firmness. Best nights sleep ever! "Disappointing stay due to room condition I had high expectations for Rosewood San Miguel de Allende given its reputation, but unfortunately our room experience was very disappointing. The air conditioning seemed to be malfunctioning and had a very foul smell, as if something old and damp had been left sitting in the system. The odor was extremely unpleasant and happened both nights of our stay. It was strong enough that I had to personally spray the room with air freshener each night just to make it bearable. For a property of this caliber and price point, room maintenance and basic comfort should be impeccable. The smell significantly affected our stay and was not what I expected from a luxury hotel. I hope management addresses this issue promptly."

"this is a very cute hotel, close to the city center ( a very short walk) full of charm and clean. nice breakfast included. I had to change it because they did not have air conditioner in the room. The room was hot even with a fan on. Lesson learned: alwayd read the details carefully."
