"A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. "We stayed at this hotel before continuing our travels through Italy and planned to return afterward. The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. They kindly stored our large luggage as well as some medications that needed refrigeration, which made our trip much easier and allowed us to travel without carrying everything with us. The hotel itself is very comfortable, the staff are warm and welcoming, and the breakfast each morning is excellent. The location is also convenient, about a 20-minute walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we truly appreciated the outstanding hospitality."
