I wouldn’t recommend booking room with sofa bed as this was extremely uncomfortable even after we changed rooms. Our sink was blocked which caused an unpleasant smell. "

"The check-in was quick and easy. The room was lovely and big and had a lovely view looking out over Birmingham. The extras ordered were loved by my wife as they were a surprise for her. The bathroom had a bit of damage but it did not matter ie damage to bottom of bathroom door, a tiny bit of paint peeling off the wall. The room was very clean. Shower temperature could have been hotter than it was."
