"Garbage can under the sink in our room was completely full of garbage when we checked in. They only offered completely coffee. This isn’t necessary the hotels fault, but the people in the room above ours were extremely noisy. I’m pretty sure they were bouncing a basketball on the floor! I will give the staff credit that when I called to complain, they did stop for a little while. Overall the staff was very nice and helpful."

"This place was VERY clean, the staff extremely helpful from texting after we got there if we needed anything, and anything they could do for us which I felt was amazing, The next day I texted to see if rooms are cleaned everyday which I didn't care I just wanted to see if I could get more towels, the response was within minutes saying the room would be lightly cleaned and new towels/wash clothes would be in the room and it was.. Would I recommend this hotel 1000%, not only was the bed comfy, the TV was clear easy to use, signed into my Netflix to watch our shows at night. The outside - I don't even think you could find a grain of dirt on the pavement.. Close to food fast food, restaurants, gas stations and a shopping center it was perfect. The light breakfast was good to, quick in and out, bananas, cereal, yogurt, bananas coffee, OJ and water."

"The pool closes at 9 pm. The kids were very disappointed after spending hours in the car to get there just to find out the pool had already closed for the evening. Our room had a jacuzzi tub but you had to sit up to turn on the jets. Once this happened, water shot out of the back jets across the room, getting the carpet soaked. So needless to say, the jacuzzi tub was unusable unless just soaking."

"I had never stayed at a doubletree before and now its going to be my go to. The suite was fantastic, the staff wonderful and extremely helpful. My only issue was the suite is near the elevator which is kind of old so you could hear it very loudly. Not the staffs fault at all and thankfully not many used it during the night!"

"This property was EXCELLENT. From the room cleanliness to the staff response time, they met the mark everytime. The rooms were comfortable, the amenenties were abundant and we had an excellent time with my family of 5. We will certainly be back!"

"The matress was very lumpy! Musty smell. I was very surprised that their wasn't a microwave or mini refrigerator. I would've loved to been able to keep my beverages cold."

"I'll write this here, because when I try to send direct feedback on the survey the property sent, the capta security doesn't work and never allows it to submit: To the hotel: You already know this based on many reviewers' comments on here over the years, but the complete lack of soundproofing from the squeaking exposed floorboards from above (my room's ceiling) and hearing neighbors speaking between the walls desperately needs to be fixed. Aesthetically the hotel is beautiful. Functionally, it's close to unusable as a hotel for guests on Floors 2-4. If someone is staying in the room above you, forget about it, your stay is constant squeaking. Fortunately, our front desk person empathized and was able to move us from the 3rd floor to a 4th floor Accessible room on a sold out night in order to escape the constant ceiling floor creaking above us. Without that, I would have likely required a refund and found another hotel. Also, surprised how well we could hear our neighboring room's conversation. They weren't talking loud, but we could hear them no problems. You already know all this. Looking at reviews after the fact, you've been told many many times about the unacceptable sound proofing for this class of hotel. In the end: Beautiful hotel. Functionally poor. "
