It features a living/sleeping room equipped with a double sofabed (140 cm), a flat-screen TV, a CD player, and a DVD player, providing access to the terrace. There is one room with a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and an open kitchen area with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, accompanied by a dining table and access to the terrace. The property also includes a shower/WC area with a double hand-basin. On the upper floor, there is an additional room with sloping ceilings and a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm).

The property offers a range of amenities, including electric heating, a large terrace measuring 20 square meters, terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, two deck chairs, and a box-room. Excellente semaine de vacances

Belle maison bien rénovée, au calme, avec un grand terrain, une piscine et tous les équipements nécessaires. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, accueillants et disponibles. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine et nous recommandons "La Chêneraie".
