"The breakfast is included, but the selection is quite limited. The coffee was very poor, and the breakfast area felt small and crowded. On the positive side, the room was clean and comfortable. The pool is quite small and cold, but the hot tub was enjoyable."

"The lobby was an awesome place to hang out and we loved the breakfast! The food was delicious and easy to get to. The location was centrally located to all of the sites in the area which was awesome. The room itself was a little dark when trying to read - the lamps weren't bright and there weren't any overhead lights so that was a bit difficult. Additionally the mirror light in our bathroom was glitching and kept turning on and off so we had to unplug it. Overall a decent visit though!"

"Good location but that was it. Pool closed despite being advertised as being open from March 1st Andy’s arriving on April 4th, no advance warning of this. With 2 young boys with us this was deciding factor in booking this particular hotel, had we been notified prior to our stay we would have cancelled our booking. Check in was appalling, very slow and staff on reception lacked customer service skills. They said they would pass our feedback on to the manager and someone would be in touch, we have heard nothing. Breakfast was very poor, despite 2 members of staff working hard to restock, there just wasn’t enough food out to cope with the volume of guests but they knew how many people had checked in so this shouldn’t have come as a surprise! The space was too small and the lines for waffles and the toaster took ages. We didn’t bother with breakfast on our second day. There are plenty of other hotels in the area, if we were returning to the area we wouldn’t bother to stay here again. "

"Laundry was okay-the tiny house was very clean and tidy. Loved the deck above the house- great view of the sandstones. The inside pool was not heated- so a bit disappointed about that. Close to town and overall a good stay for a first time at a campground! "

"Excellent all around! One of the bedrooms is separated, with its own entrance, but everything else matched the listing. The open floor plan of the living room/kitchen/dining room is large & comfortable, with plenty of seating. And the kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub was great and it was wonderful to be able to park in the garage. Most importantly, the communication with the owner was easy & direct. Would definitely recommend!"
