"Nothing to like. Dirty. Very poorly maintained. On the main road right next to a 7-Eleven. No soap. No hangers. Uncomfortable bed and awful pillows. Very dirty floors, bathroom, even the phone was filthy. I had to switch rooms immediately because the first room had diarrhea in the toilet all over the inside and a hand towel had been used. They didn't even really believe me and can't into to room and flushed the toilet!!! I was only meant to be there three nights and left one day early, paid extra for an early flight home because it was so bad! I asked for a discount and got no answer. Do not book here."

"They were renovating so I am sure if we come another time it would be a higher rating. A few things that would improve the stay is providing coffee filters with the coffee and a clearer process for requesting towels, toilet paper ect. since most stays are multiple days ."

"The hotel met our expectations, the room was clean and comfortable, the location asking the bread walk was exceptional. Staff always attentive and nice. Best of all, at Catch 31 bar and restaurant we had the best dinners and drinks I'd highly recommend the hotel. "

"Toilet leaked, room smelled moldy. Elevators old and shaky, beds were very uncomfortable. Tv service was intermittent at best. Lobby was clean and nice but the rest of the hotel wasn’t even close."

"The staff were all cordial but not overly friendly or helpful. There was no Continental breakfast, this is the first and only hotel I've stayed in that doesn't have a breakfast bar for patrons. The bathroom door in our room would not stay closed, the fridge was lukewarm, the tub would not hold water to take a bath, but the water was very nice and hot which sorta made up for the door. There were only three small pillows on the bed which made sleep all but impossible were it not for the sound of the waves from the ocean view we had. The beach access was great it was a five minute walk from the hotel to the boardwalk and the beach so this was great. The amount of money I paid for this hotel stay was outrageous to me the only saving grace was the hot water to shower and the beach access. Save your money stay somewhere else. Juanita Griffiths "

"The staff was very professional and very helpful. The rooms were OK. They were not the cleanest, the beds were made, and the showers definitely needed some TLC and a good scrub down. The lobby area was OK. The design and set up was nice. However, the furniture was made of cloth and you could see stains that a good shampoo of the upholstered furniture would have made a better impression when First checking in. The leather furniture could have used a good scrub down as well. Although the staff was helpful and very professional, the establishment could use a little more care in their facility. If you’re paying about four to $500 for a room for a weekend times however many hotel rooms are booked. Use some of the money to really update and clean your establishment and I feel like taking a little pride in what you have and take really good care of it will go a long way with your guests and potential guests. Thank you."

"I spent my birthday week here and I’m so happy with my decision. It was amazing. I wish I knew the name of the woman that I spoke to when I called because she was an angel. I told her it would be my birthday. She said oh really I’m gonna have a surprise for you! When I arrived at the hotel, I arrived to the most beautiful surprise from the hotel! I won’t say what it was because I don’t want to spoil it for the next person lol. But I was so surprised and happy. The layout of the room was nice. I love the balcony and the view of the ocean was amazing. Everything was clean. The pool and the hot tub were nice. The outdoor area of the pool is really nice as well. The hotel does have an elevator. That was something I was confused about before I arrived based off of other reviews that I had read. If you’re thinking about booking, go ahead and do it you won’t regret it."
