I understand that policies may apply, but charging such a significant amount for a stay of less than an hour—especially under unavoidable weather conditions—feels unreasonable and disappointing. The lack of communication from the hotel only adds to the frustration. I would appreciate a proper explanation and a fair resolution."

"Our stay at this property was great. Very nice and clean. Pathway to the beach was right across the street. We walked into town where there were several nice restaurants for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Host sent clear and concise instructions/directions and stayed in contact to make sure we didn’t need anything. We would definitely stay here again."
