We had a wonderful stay! Everything was easy, from having a taxi arranged to pick us up, the check in and welcome, to the beautiful room (and steam shower!) with our own private patio and plunge pool. The resort staff treated us like family and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. After lots of stays in rental apartments, it was such a treat to have daily housekeeping and meals! I would absolutely recommend this place!

Kedros Villas felt like a hidden sanctuary on Naxos. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like welcome friends rather than guests. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged - plenty of room to spread out and a private patio where we could sip coffee while relaxing by the private plunge pool.The location was ideal. It’s close enough to town and beaches to make exploring easy, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. We walked to the beach in just a few minutes, then came back to a pool area that never felt crowded. The grounds are beautiful, full of flowers and trees that make you feel you’re truly on a Greek island rather than in a resort.What stood out most was the atmosphere. Everything felt relaxed but cared for—fresh linens, helpful recommendations from the front desk, small touches that showed pride in hospitality. We left feeling refreshed, already planning our return.Highly recommend for anyone who wants comfort, privacy, and a real sense of Naxian hospitality.

We had an amazing stay at Kedros Villas!!! Everyone was super accommodating, helping us set up drivers, atv rental, and lots of great tips for things to see on the island!!!! Very big room right near the bus stop. Reception provided ample suggestions and even a detailed map of everything in the area / how to get around. Close to the beach and overall just a fantastic location. There is a restaurant and bar that is part of the property and both were great. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Kedros Villas! The location is excellent – just a 10-minute walk to beautiful Agios Prokopios beach. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the service throughout our stay was truly amazing.Our villa felt very private, and we especially loved the steam shower, which was a big plus after long days at the beach. The room was spotless and well maintained overall, though we did notice a little mold at the top of the shower. The only downside was that our villa was close to the road, so we could hear some cars passing by.That said, everything else more than made up for it. We’d definitely recommend Kedros Villas for a relaxing and comfortable stay on Naxos

Quite and private place

We had a wonderful stay at Kedros Villas in Naxos. The property is set in a peaceful area nestled between the Laguna and Agios Prokopios beach—just a short drive from both the sea and excellent local restaurants, and only five minutes from the airport. Free private parking on-site made everything easy and convenient.Our villa featured a lovely private pool and outdoor space, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Inside, the room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were comfortable.The property also includes a large communal pool with sun beds and umbrellas, as well as a playground, making it an ideal choice for families with children. The on-site restaurant overlooking the pool offers a delicious selection of local and international dishes. Each morning, Anastasia prepared an great breakfast spread with fresh pastries, fruits, cereals, eggs, cheeses, salad, yogurt, and a variety of homemade cakes—truly a highlight of our mornings.The hospitality was outstanding. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and eager to help with anything we needed. A special thanks to Maroula, the property manager, whose flexibility, warmth, and local tips made our stay seamless and memorable.We highly recommend Kedros Villas for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Naxos.

Good getaway, close to everything

Comfortable and roomy accommodation, great breakfast, however, the weather didn't cooperate for us to use our lovely private pool. You need to rent a car to get the most out of Naxos.

Wonderful spot

This is a most delightful spot to stay. The bus takes you wherever you want to go and runs every half hour. The rooms are lovely and the private pool and covered patio are divine. Maroula and her Mom are most pleasant, as is the rest of the staff. There is also a large pool. Breakfast runs the gamut of fresh pastries, fruit, cereals, eggs, spanakopita, salad, cheeses anything you might want is included.

Property was great and location was near Plaka beach our favorite, I do recommend a car so you can get around easy although if you like to walk, you can walk to town close by. It is about a 10/15 minute walk, beach the same.

Wonderful place

The place was great, we had our own private pool. Don't skip the breakfast, Anastasia makes an awesome breakfast each morning. They are very accommodating and will do anything to assist.

Overall great stay

Great room and patio. Bed and bedding was top shelf. Included breakfast was amazing. Large pool and area and individual pool were very nice but as we were there in April we didn’t use them. Staff were excellent and very attentive. The only drawback would be that the Villa is not very close to any beaches or shops, but a car is a must for Naxos anyways.

Very lovely host

My partner and I had an amazing stay here. The host was very helpful attending to our needs and questions. The pool is so amazing all year around. Room service was perfect. No washing machine but you can request a load for around 12 euros. Was not too far from the port of Naxos and great beaches near by!

Perfect stay

This property is well kept, the staff goes above and beyond to help with whatever you need. It’s a short walk to nearby shopping and beach area with taverns and cafes. I highly recommend staying here!

Lovely stay and relaxing

The room we stayed in was beautiful although the design was strange. Some of the cupboards could not be used unless you had ladders or you were 10 feet tall. The outdoor area was relaxing, but the suite we stayed in was right next to the road, which could be noisy at times. Our suite did not have an outdoor shower as advertised. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, the staff were very welcoming and helpful and the visit was well worth the money.

The suite was a comfortable convenient location as abase for our adventures in Naxos. I would recommend coordinating a car or ATV to get to to beach and Old town. It’s not far but I would not recommend walking. The bed was very comfortable which we learned the hard way in Greece not all beds are created equal in Greece. We did a tour a tour of 5 islands and this was one on the comfiest beds we had.

Beautiful property with amazing staff!

The property was beautiful and in a great location. It was our first time in Naxos and Maroula, the property manager was simply amazing. We are looking forward to our return some day to Kedros Villas.

Great stay at Kedros Villas

We had a great time staying at Kedros Villas in Naxos. The private pool / outdoor area was a great touch, and the room was very nice and clean. Conveniently located both to the beaches and to the town but it’s best to have a vehicles (ATV or car).

Perfect stay, quality breakfast, service

The new villa with pool in the garden is really nice. Everything already written is true. From welcoming ‘till farewell was very pleasant. The family runs the place on high standard level. The beautiful roses on our room for our wedding and the birthday cake in the morning for my husband was incredibly surprising and sweet. Thank you so much for this warm stay. 💓

Perfect stay

We spent nice time at Kedros Villa. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The suites was beautiful, nicely design, spacious except toilets but the main room is very large and the ceilling is very hight and gives a special impression of volume. The terrasse and the swimming was great ;) And well done for the gorgeous breakfast, snacking and cocktails ;)

Kedros villas

Lovely family run hotel. Gorgeous room, with private pool. Excellent large pool in main area. Delicious breakfast. 15 min walk into town and beach, but a bit dicey on the road. Easy to rent a car, recommend this so you can have a good look around. Naxos Town 10 mins by car. Loved everything about it! And super comfy bed!

Wonderful Stay in Naxos

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The room was decorated with a fresh, earthy, clean Mediterranean vibe. High ceilings and a whole wall of windows out onto the spacious private patio was amazing. There were screens on all the doors so you could open all of them to have a nice breeze without any bugs coming in. Very comfortable bed and nice big shower. The pool is big enough for cooling off and the lounges, couch, and table and chairs provided ample space for outdoor relaxing. (We were just two people, but the patio could easily accommodate a gathering of friends or family. Breakfast was lovely with a view to the ocean. The staff was super helpful and some of the friendliest we encountered on our two month trip. We loved being close to the best beaches and just outside the port city of Naxos Town. Great location. Good to have a car if you stay here, which will make getting around the island a breeze. Great beach-front restaurants nearby. Staff gave us great recommendations for dinner and points of interest. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent choice!

We are very happy to have stayed at such a peaceful, comfortable place. The room was spacious and we could even choose from four different type of pillows. The delicious breakfast was an excellent start to the day.
