"The breakfast menu was, hard boiled eggs, toast, oatmeal, coffee, orange juice and yoghurt. There was no other breakfast items.. the room was clean for the most part but can use some TLC in the maintenance department. Like the upper door latch was missing the bolt, and some other Minor issues. I do appreciate the friendliness of the front desk desk so I continue to stay.! I do feel safe and secure at this hotel! Not sure about pet friendly as I go for Medical reasons and don’t bring a pet! "

"Great place. Less than 10 minutes from Stanford. Very clen . Very good staff. Night mgr. especially. I already have to make another res. I will be staying here perfect location just to throw this in I genuine half brow not far from the hotel. It’s well worth it. "

"The house was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet neighborhood. However, the photos made it appear larger than it actually is. It’s a 1947 home situated near an industrial area, and most of the surrounding houses were built around the same time. While some nearby homes have been updated and look quite nice, others have not.Parking is a definite challenge—both sides of the street are lined with cars and trucks, often partially on the sidewalk. Parts of the home have been updated over the years, but some areas, like the bathroom floor, appear to be original.Overall, it has been maintained in some respects, but there are still noticeable signs of its age."

"Amenities were nice. Apartment was nice but there were some issues: can opener did not work, bought a new one and left it behind for other guests, same with the scissors in the knife block, handle snapped completely off, bought a new one and left it. The dryer stained all of our whites and light colored clothes. One white shirt looks like camo now. I don’t suggest having packages mailed to there, you will get a notification that it was delivered with a photo of its exact location, 20 minutes later you go down to grab it and it’s nowhere in sight. They have people that come in to organize the room and they will put it in a locker without telling you until you message them several times and even then you get the wrong code or a package that’s not even yours. And I STILL have a package that’s missing. Communication needs an upgrade. "

"Global luxury suites communication surrounding the booking process was quite poor and they relayed incorrect information to me multiple times. Additionally, they promised to “call back” and never did leading me to lose trust in their representatives. With all that being said, the actual apartment was upkept and nice. "
