Les Gîtes de la Morinière - Brocéliande are delighted to welcome you! This house in Néant-sur-Yvel offers 5 rooms and 150 m² of space, ideal for large families. On the ground floor, you'll find a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, open to a lounge with a wood-burning stove. There's also a shower room and a toilet. Upstairs, a landing leads to three comfortable bedrooms. The house is set in nature, close to the famous Brocéliande forest. The ground floor features a kitchen, a living room with TV, and pleasant bedrooms. The shower room has a walk-in shower and a vanity unit. The property surrounds the house, and a garage provides secure parking for motorbikes or bicycles. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with double beds (140 cm) and one with two single beds (90 cm). You can bring your own sheets or use the linen rental service, available for an extra fee.
