"The Olentangy Motor Inn may be the best "bang" for your travel dollars in Columbus. It's an old-style motel where each room has a door directly to the outside. There is no interior hallway. The room was adequately sized. Ours had a king sized bed. The headboard wall was freshly wallpapered with a Marimekko - style wallpaper. The contemporary headboard had two, attached, bedside tables and the outlets above them had C type and USB type outlets in addition to standard electrical outlets. Through the sleeping portion of the room was a dressing and sink area. The fixtures were newish. To the right of the sink area was the wet room with toilet and full-sized shower. The toilet was new. The shower was new with a sliding glass door that ran on a track. Everything was spotless. No mold or mildew anywhere. Two negatives on the room- The texture paint on the wet room ceiling was compromised by the moisture and pieces had detached. The micro-perforated shade on the one big window was fine during the day, as it's semitransparent and we could see if someone was walking past. At night, however, when the inside of the room is brighter than the outside, we couldn't see out but passers-by could see in. There was no blackout curtain or shade to prevent this.. Guests of the Inn get one free breakfast sandwich and a small coffee at no additional charge. The sausage, Swiss cheese and egg sandwich was excellent. The staff working the reception area also prepared the food."

"Very nice motel bar inside with food. Room was clean and nice. The only thing I will say is I am a Hilton reward member. My room was on the second floor and my vote out the window was a huge air conditioning unit. Other Hilton I have stayed at I got top floor with s great view. Besides that it was a very nice motel."

"This place is just outdated and the customer service was poor. The elevator felt like it was about to break down. The Bartender was very rude. I’m not happy at all and I will be requesting a full refund."

"Got a King Suite. It was very spacious. Clean room. Didn’t use the pool/spa but it looked nice. Didn’t make it to breakfast in time but it looked big. They had a soda machine tho, that was awesome wish I had seen it sooner!"

"Located in Easton which is a fabulous shopping and dining area in walking distance. "
