"$15 resort fee rebate did not cove one martini"

"I didn’t like that the pictures mislead the actually stay. I thought it came with a complimentary breakfast and it was a convention there so I had to wait past time for my room to get ready and it was too much traffic. Overbooked and extra resort fees that not included on the website outside of what I'm financed for through the third party booker. Room was rushed cleaned. Air stopped working in which someone did fix it after while and tub was dirty upon entry"

"loved everything about the hotel, waitstaff, and cleanliness.... my only problem was no microwave in the room, so when I wanted to warm up some leftovers I had to get dress and travel all the way down to the lobby and use the one microwave! :("
