"The room was clean. The breakfast was well stocked including a waffle maker, fruit, cereal and pastries. There were no free cookies in the lobby as advertised so our son was a bit disappointed. We are not dog people and there were several people staying with small dogs but all were well behaved and we heard no noise from the animals so no issues."

"The room was excellent in all respects. The pool and whirlpool were very clean, and very good. The breakfast was not. The eggs were rancid. The orange juice tasted fermented. The coffee tasted like it was percolated. The waffles... the batter was streaky. I like mine crisp, so I cooked it another 45 seconds after the timer went off. It was still literally mush on the inside, likely the result of sitting for days. I don't like waste, but I threw it all away and left. I don't like doing this, as my experiences with Americinn have been very good in the past. But I felt I needed to write this."

"Was offered check in anytime, house is immaculately cleaned, stocked with all your necessities. Great towels too! Quiet area, very nice inside would stay again. It's worth the extra few minute drive to get to location. Highly recommend!"
