Amazing location, friendly people and lovely pool.

We'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Negombo. It's in a perfect location for exploring and had a great pool which was an added bonus. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. We could walk into Negombo to the local restaurants and cafes and it was a perfect start to our holiday. The rooms were well kept and clean! Thank you!

Very nice place. Traveling with 2 teen kids. Big comfortable and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff, also to do activities (TukTuk tour, boot tour on the lagoon highly recommended). Was a great first stay in our tour through Sri Lanka.

The staff was friendly. The kitchen stuff is arranged nicely. It is easy to find without asking staff here. Although no breakfast and dinner, one can easily find it nearby.

Bra hotell kort vei fra flyplassen og sentralt i negombo. Hadde booket rom med 2 soverom. Var som å komme inn i en leilighet, da det var både stor stue med kjøkken og begge soverommene hadde egne bad. Fint basseng og hage, var som å bo en privat villa. Koseligt vertskap som gjorde oppholdet bra for oss. Stort pluss for kjøleskap med fryser, og gå avstand til resturanter og stranden. Kommer gjerne igjen.

The family apartment was huge. Two double beds and a single one. Huge rooms with ac. Two bathrooms. Pool. No dinner service. Did get only 2 towels for the apartment and one soap per bathroom...

You get what you pay for

For the price it was nice enough. We only stayed one night because our flight landed late. And for that, it was great. But I wouldn’t stay longer. The bed was soft, but the pillows were not. We had a small IKEA throw as our blanket. The tv had 3 channels none in English. But the breakfast was nice, eggs & toast.

The staff at the Christima Residence were excellent and very attentive. They catered to our every need and were very accommodating to our special requests. One of the hotel staff named Pradeep was very polite, welcoming, and did a great job and making us feel very welcome. I would rate this property as one of the best in Sri Lanka.

Great hotel in convenient location near airport

We stayed here for a couple hours before a flight. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable, and the location is great. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely return if I need a nice room near the airport.

Trevligt och fräscht boende med egen terrass och fräsch gemensam pool. Ingen information när man kom om att man betalade för frukost som man egentligen inte ville ha. 3 rostade mackor med lite smör, marmelad och ett stekt ägg. Drygt 50 sek/dag och person. Ingen städning under de 4 dagarna vi var där. Vatten och toalettpapper fick man fråga efter. Transporten dom vi hade bokat via hotellet fanns inte kvar när vi kom ut från flygplatsen. Fick därför köpslå med en annan.

Wir hatten das Zimmer für unsere letzte Nacht in Sri Lanka. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße relativ zentral in Negombo. Fußläufig sind viele Restaurants und ein Wine-Store erreichbar. Das Zimmer war super sauber. Die Klima-Anlage hat funktioniert und war sehr leise, es gab einen Safe und warmes Wasser in der Dusche (in Sri Lanka nicht unbedingt normal). Es gab einen großen Aufenthaltsraum (für mehrere Zimmer) mit Kochgelegenheit, Kühlschrank, Fernseher + Couch. Der Pool war der Hammer - groß, sauber inkl. Liegen mit Auflagen und Handtüchern. Das Hotel hat ein günstiges TukTuk zum Airport organisiert (morgens um 01:30) alles hat perfekt geklappt Hotel ist für unseren nächsten Sri Lanka Urlaub definitiv wieder eingeplant Sehr nettes Personal! Danke!

Convenient for airport.

Booked this as close to airport and included in our flight price to Colombo. Lovely clean hotel, pick up from airport for 2000 rupees (£10 ish) they also looked after our bag while we travelled to Jaffna for a few days. We then stayed another 2 nights. Staff friendly. You Need to pre order breakfast as we tried on the morning and not available? Pool great after a busy day.

Small but nice hotel in negombo.

Hotel was mostly clean and the room had air conditioning and a good shower. The bed was not the most comfortable. Reception was very nice. All in all the value for money was very good at this hotel

空港についてすぐに利用しましたが、到着も遅くなり不安でした。ところが、部屋自体が広いのとプールが遅くまで使えたり、洗濯機、ベープ、ポットなど必要なものは全て揃う至れり尽くせりでした。スタッフも優しく、リクエストに応えていただき感謝いたします。
