Modern 1-bedroom apartment with AC, WiFi and Kitchen in beautiful Negril .

"The owners of this rental are nice people. I believe in honesty and transparency when advertising what you are selling, this is not a one bedroom apartment. This is an addition onto the owners home. That is a studio efficiency at best it is new. The bed is very tall and hard as a rock. there is no door to the bathroom and no curtain. I uploaded a picture for reference. The location accuracy is off, this place It is not one minute walk from 7 mile Beach. It is about 20 to 30 minutes drive. This is way off the beaten path neighborhood in Sheffield, not Negril. There isn’t a living room to hang out in as stated, the chairs that they have in the pictures are actually the same chairs from the patio. The yard is not appealing as there’s trash and construction. The driveway ruined my husband‘s car we came in at an angle as he stated, but it bottomed out our car we had two flat tires twice in 10 days due to the road conditions. The shower does not drain well. The AC only covers the open room. If you are a single person or a married couple or friends that don’t mind not having privacy in the bathroom, then this might be for you, but it was not for us. "
"This place was the perfect spot for us very close to shopping/eating we could walk to many places it was great being in this area we got to meet with the locals they made us feel like we belonged there I would definitely stay here again "

"If you are thinking of booking here click book! Our family of five (2 adults and our children 15, 13, 11) had an amazing time!! The house offered great sleeping arrangements with space to spare. The beds were so comfortable and having three bathrooms was so nice. Words cannot describe the staff. Kenya became more than a friend and made our trip memorable. The food was delicious and we felt so loved. We discussed a menu for our arrival and had groceries delivered without a hitch. After that we worked with Kenya for meals; she was so flexible and every dish was better than the last. The grocery store is easily accessible by a walk down the beach and a quick cab ride home. Mac did a wonderful job with the grounds. He had the kayaks pumped up and ready for our arrival. There were five beach chairs set up on the beach and at the pool, as well as 5 thoughtfully placed seashells on the wall of the patio. He introduced us to the locals on the beach and made us feel right at home. Having 24 hour security gave an extra piece of mind. They were kind and checked in when we came and went from the property. The location is AMAZING!! You are literally in the center of 7mile beach at the only single family beach home. Such a treasure we were so happy to have found. "

"Authentic wooden structure with well stocked kitchen and semi private beach across the road. Annette is nearby if you need anything. A couple places to eat & a small grocery store. Walked the road and met plenty of nice people. Will return.traveling being a woman traveling solo"

"I was the first person to occupy this beautifully, newly renovated apartment. Naturally, there were a few items needed, such as an iron and ironing board, kitchen knives, a pot, oven gloves, etc., and both Lina and Gerome, the onsite maintenance man, were not only quick in obtaining and supplying such things, they were very appreciative of the feedback. Air Conditioning, hot and cold water were all functional, and I understand a swimming pool is being renovated also. This property is just around the corner from Scotiabank, downtown Negril, and walking distance to great restaurants in the west end. Local taxis to go up Seven Mile beach are easily accessible from the corner of Little Caesar's Pizza, and there are three grocery stores, all within a two minute walk. This is a place I felt very safe and comfortable, and will definitely return. Thank you Maria for a fabulous stay!"
"The property was great and the vie from the balcony is beautiful. My only complaint or suggestion would be to have a map leading the beach. We drove 15 minutes to go to a beach. I booked because the listing states there was a beach in walking distance. "
