1/10 Catalina Close is ideal for couples or families and designed to accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably over two levels featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bonus of having the main bedroom with ceiling fan, second bathroom with shower, toilet and living area all located on the ground floor makes 1/10 Catalina a very easy holiday getaway.
Completing the indoor living space is a spacious lounge room equipped with a wall mounted big screen TV and DVD player, plus a separate dining room ideal for communal meals and memories. Two additional bedrooms and the main bathroom are located upstairs, both bedrooms have ceiling fans, and the bathroom features a bath, shower, vanity, and separate toilet.
Step outside onto your private undercover area - a perfect spot to start your day with a cup of coffee, or BBQ under the stars. Your little ones will appreciate the child-friendly surroundings with the cycle pathways that flow between all of Little Beach and a close-by playground located on the waterfront. The property has an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer and provides two car spaces.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including electric oven, microwave, and family size fridge/ freezer. 1/10 Catalina Close provides an unforgettable holiday experience by the sea and in the perfect location between Little Beach and Shoal Bay beach.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
