If you don’t want to wake up to the beautiful sunrise and the sound of rolling waves then 14 Intrepid is not for you. Located on the 1st floor and positioned on the prime western side of Shoal Bay Beach makes this the perfect holiday destination.
This bright cool breezy apartment has been completely renovated and oozes luxury throughout. With its open plan living/dining area opening out to the balcony which boasts glorious, filtered ocean views looking out to the headlands and across to Shoal Bay.
The apartment sleeps 4 guests and is equipped with a Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, induction cooktop, microwave and the bonus of a dishwasher, family size fridge/ freezer and Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods).
The master bedroom has a King bed, ceiling fan and access to the balcony to allow the natural sea breeze to flow through. The second bedroom has 2 Single beds and the comforts of a ceiling fan. The bathroom has been completed renovated with a full size bath wit shower above, vanity and separate toilet area with hand basin. The bathroom also has the European design laundry and houses the front loader washing machine and dryer.
The apartment has a single lock-up garage and a single open car space provided – park the car and walk to everything.
The complex is located between the best of both swimming locations, a quick five-minute short walk to Little Beach or straight out the front of your unit to Shoal Bay Beach.
A casual 2 klm walk along the waterfront to the heart of Shoal Bay where you will find an fantastic array of restaurants , cafes and activities. Only 700 metres away will lead you to Below Deck which is located within Little Beach Boathouse, it is the perfect place to relax with a quick snack and cocktail while absorbing the stunning views. Upstairs has the formal dining area where you will be memorised with the delicious choice of food. Halifax takeaway fish and chip shop, The Inner Light Tearooms and Diggers Club are all within ten minutes’ walk.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
