Welcome to this mountain chalet specially designed for families. With its 5 bedrooms and capacity for 14 people, this 170 m² property offers the ideal space for unforgettable family vacations in the Alps.



The chalet benefits from a beautiful location, offering spectacular views of the alpine landscapes. The warm and welcoming atmosphere of the place makes it a perfect refuge to relax with family away from everyday life.



The fully equipped independent kitchen with induction cooktop is the heart of this home. It has a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, as well as all the utensils and dishes necessary to prepare your meals.



The chalet includes 2 bathrooms, the first with a bathtub, the second with a bathtub and a shower. 2 separate toilets complete the offer.



The 14 beds are distributed as follows:

On the upper floor:

Combatseline Room with 1 king size bed (2 mattresses) and access to the balcony.

Tortin Room with a bunk bed and a mezzanine with 2 mattresses.

Tracouet Room: 2 beds side by side with 2 mattresses, 1 sink and exit to the balcony.

Novelli Room with 2 single beds and 1 sink.



On the lower ground floor you will find a large room offering a complete family space including:

- 1 king size bed, 2 single beds, a small lounge area and a foosball table.



At the level of the living space, the fireplace creates a friendly and warm atmosphere, ideal for family evenings. The terrace and balcony offer outdoor spaces to enjoy the fresh mountain air, while the garden with garden furniture and barbecue allows you to organize memorable outdoor meals.



Practical amenities include wifi to stay connected as well as a washing machine and dryer to facilitate your stay. A private garage in the same building offers secure parking for your vehicle. Additional cars can also be parked in front of the cottage.



In winter, the shuttle bus stop is located at the start of the road, 80m away.
