"We pre-booked a non smoking Family room. On arrival the non smoking Family room we were given was not cleaned very satisfactory, they had no other rooms to offer other than a smoking room, which we had no choice but to accept. After pulling out The Bed Settee it was full of `glitter` (obviously not cleaned). The TV controller did not work and an electric bulb was missing from the dressing table. We complained and were given a small rebate. Would not book at this Hotel again."
