"I would suggest giving out every family a map of the resort and the park. It would be helpful to organize the stay and maximize use of the amenities and have a memorable thing for the kids to keep One thing to improve is the super hot tiles outside in the park…"

"The upgraded sea view room was spacious, great view of the beach and Bluewater Island/ Ain Dubai. There were no toiletries provided which was poor for a so called 5 star hotel. The lifts take forever, only three lifts in the entire hotel, expect long waits daily just to get up and down from your room. Pool area very dated, I would say the hotel is only a 3 star compared to other 5 stars ive stayed in within Dubai. I have experience of travelling here since the 2000s. The staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good, evening meal was poor, limited choices usually roast chicken and beef stew not many other meat dishes, but more lentils and veggie options. This could be due to being out of the main season to be fair, but wont be coming back. Ok hotel, you pay for the location and views, just dont expect great variety of food, gym is great. You could get much better options for the same money. Good amount of supermarkets and food areas nearby as youre on the main JBR strip, well just across the road."

"The staff is great Memory the pool beds organizer was the best she is so helpful and organized for 13 nights i got easy reservations thanks so much Sony the pool supervisor was expetional thanks alot Raju on the beach was excellent dealing with the people And thanks to all people working in the sun to let us enjoy summer Recpetion did great job fast check in check out Valet people were gtreat handling cars fast and safely Gym was very good equiped i trained there every day Laundry in w the palm is the best ever they clean and press my shirts niclely and the collar they keep it as a new shirt bravo I got the w suit it was wow huge no noise heared i could sleep deeply I could connect my phone on the tv watched movies and series thanks The food ordered in the pool was so tasty better than room dining , beef burger is under rated ine the best in dubai and baked sea beas was so tasty House keeping was great the room is cleaned every night for me Sport beach activity was nice i enjoyed the jetski near dubai eye My favorite summer hotel in dubai , i will be back for sure"
