  • This lovely 2-bedroom house is located in the heart of Nerja, just a stone's throw away from the shops, bars and restaurants in this wonderful resort. There are two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The house has a capacity of 4 guests.



    There is a lovely rooftop terrace to enjoy.



    Both bedrooms have an air conditioning unit to help you sleep more comfortably at night.



    The property is situated in a safe, family-friendly neighbourhood and is suitable for families and couples alike.



    A car is recommended for visitors to the property, however, the apartment's convenient location, close to all the amenities in Nerja, means that it's quite possible to enjoy your stay here without a car. Winter in Nerja

Location for access to Burriana Beach and city centre was good. Service from Maribel at Spainrentals was very good and owners were attentive to any issues we had. Mattresses and bed linen only average and limited heating in the lounge area made it very cold. Need to explain sun roof hours as we only used once in 4 weeks as no sun until after 4pm.

This property was the cleanest home we have ever stayed in. The entry and exit instructions were so clear and precise and the description was absolutely accurate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were aware of the location having owned a property nearby in previous years. This really is a lovely little find.
