"We paid extra for the room with the microwave and refrigerator. The mini fridge was small and we had difficulty fitting in our gallon beverage (same shape as a gallon of milk) and our take out food. The mini fridge does not have a freezer. The table and chairs were a nice touch and might be more useful near the microwave and refrigerator. The queen size bed was pushed up about three inches to the wall, if moved away from the wall for access, it blocked the access to the power outlet. There was a bit of overall maintenance that should be addressed (liquid streaks on the bathroom walls which did not look like it was from water) and other damage to the walls such as cracks and toe molding separated from the wall (most likely started as water damage). There was a single pest seen on the morning of our last day. This was mentioned to the staff and they appeared to be appreciative of being made aware. The room was on the lower level and convenient to get to from the parking lot. The staff I worked with were friendly."

"Extended stays can have a reputation for cleanliness, condition and guest quality. This hotel rose so far above my expectations. Check-in was quick and painless. My room was absolutely spotless. Lights on, great temperature, just as if the staff was waiting for me to arrive. Great area on a quieter street with gas and food right across the street. I recommend and will definitely stay again. "

"The elevator and the halls leading to the room were dirty and people were hanging around in the halls. When we got to the room, the bedspread was gray with dirty brown stains all over it. There were long stands of hair on the pillow. The wall next to the bed clearly had never been cleaned, you could see long stains all down the wall. There was no way we could stay."

"The property's online presentation was appealing. However, the building itself appears somewhat dilapidated, necessitating a fresh coat of paint. The parking lot requires significant maintenance, exhibiting numerous cracks, weeds, and debris. Conversely, the dining room and check-in area were commendably clean and well-maintained. During my check-in, the staff member was engaged in a conversation with another guest, recounting a negative experience with a previous customer. The nature of this discussion was unprofessional and inappropriate for a public setting. Our assigned room was warm and had a musty odor. The bathroom layout is problematic, with the door positioned too close to the toilet, restricting movement. The floor tiles around the toilet were loose and lifting, and the toilet paper dispenser was inconveniently located. The shower's water pressure was low, and the unit itself was excessively noisy. Furthermore, the bed comforters had dark stains, and the window curtain was torn."
