"Had such an amazing stay! The garden view room was beautifully decorated and the bed was honestly one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. The spa had everything you could need, and the outdoor jacuzzis were perfect—especially with drinks served right to you from the menu. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. I’ll definitely be booking again soon!"

"Arrived in the room and found the toilet had been bleached but the seat not washed. I am a little OCD to immediately went to local supermarket and purchased anti -bac and cloths, then cleaned the room surfaces to my standard. I have worked in the hotel industry and know that the cleaners only have a certain amount of time to clean in each room. But maybe they need a bit more time to do their job. Overall the hotel needs a bit of a refresh but we booked in the knowledge that it was a bit cheaper than others in the area, so we accepted the negatives. Staff were great which was the upside. I would stay again so don't be put off by my review folks, just making you aware."

"Room nice and clean but noise from the fan was irritating as you cannot switch it off - also last time we stayed we ordered the meal deal of evening meal and breakfast but deal not available this time and no cooked breakfast Mon - Thurs. So we ate elsewhere for breakfasts and our 2nd night evening meal"

"Half the breakfast menu costs extra, the porridge was like tepid mortar, the continental had sliced white and brown bread only, no bread buns, room 207 was baking hot with no way to cool it, the old leaded windows are characterful but completely warped and can't be closed, half the payment terminals didn't work, and the staff were friendly but inefficient."

"Parking was easy. Comfortable walk to hooton train station. Staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Food is excellent especially Cajun wedges. Rooms are basic but ask the staff for fridge, hairdryer etc and they’ll provide. Place was quiet. They had a large function with over 100 people Saturday night and no impact to us. Beautiful gardens "

"Unfortunately no heating working in our room which spoilt our stay .Complained in the morning who said she would pass it onto the manager .Clearly there had been a problem with the boiler .Not good enough when outside temperature is 3 degrees ."

"This hotel was perfect for our overnight stay. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and go out of their way to help. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the bathroom which although clean needed a refurb as there was mould all over the ceiling, a crack in the sink, etc. "
