We booked an apartment for four people, including a child, but when we arrived there were not enough proper beds for everyone. In the end, both adults had to sleep in the same bed with our child, which was very uncomfortable. We had no other choice but to book an additional room, which cost us an extra £300 that we had not planned to spend.
The room was very dirty. There was rubbish next to the beds, the windows and furniture were covered in dust, and there was sand everywhere. Housekeeping was extremely poor. We were not provided with fresh towels, toilet paper, or soap unless we repeatedly asked for them.
One of the biggest safety concerns was that the doors could not be locked from the inside. We were travelling with our child, who has special needs, and he managed to leave the room several times because the door could not be secured. This meant we could never relax or get any proper rest, as we had to constantly watch the door and worry about his safety.
The biggest disappointment was the food. I have been suffering from stomach pain and diarrhoea for three days after eating at the hotel, which completely ruined our holiday.
The only positive thing was the sea and the beach. Unfortunately, the hotel itself did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, hygiene, safety, or customer service. We were very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel, especially to families with children or guests travelling with child with special child needs .
