"Amazing staff that cannot do enough for you, its a little out of the way with 4 restaurants nearby but the walk to them is not easy as there are few pavements on a windy road. But went to bellagio and varenna where its busier. I would recommend the hotel for a quieter location away from the busy crowds "

"We had a fantastic time in this beautiful villa! Francesco (best Vrbo host around!!) met us at the house at our arrival. He had already stocked the kitchen with everything needed for breakfast! That evening he arranged for a private catered dinner at the house, which was exceptional. The next day he took us on a tour of the lake, which was a highlight of our trip. We can't say enough good things about this property and Francesco!"

"I would give 10 stars if I could. Eros and Dani went above and beyond to make this a great trip. They got rides for us when we missed the bus, they were organized with dinner options and made reservations for us. The Place was spotless but the View was amazing. Just as shown in photos. "My partner and I spent a very special few days at Villa Clementina. From the moment we arrived, Richard and the team were incredibly warm and welcoming, making the Villa feel like a home away from home. The Villa sits in the perfect setting, with breathtaking views of the lake from all angles. The swimming pool, hot tub, herb garden and outdoor fitness area are all a lovely touch. We experienced breakfast, lunch and dinner at Villa and could not fault the service or food provided. Due to expensive taxis, we relied on the buses around the lake, but found these were easy to navigate, especially when scanning the qr codes at bus stops to get live updates of where the buses were. Overall, Villa Clementina is a very special place and we will definitely be returning in the near future."

"Staff was extremely helpful especially with an early morning checkout. TV did not work the whole time, and room was bland but we booked for view and location, not luxuriousness of room. Small bathroom, but functional. Great drinks and nice breakfast. Breakfast was good and plentiful and was $15/person. Overall great stay and very convenient location beside ferry station. "

"The minute you enter the boutique hotel lobby you’re greeted by a lovely attendant. He was very helpful and so nice. Our room was super clean, very new, and beautiful. The included breakfast is fantastic! Views of the lake were spectacular. The location is about 10 minutes (walking) from a cafe and 10 min drive from a small town. Walking is a bit doggy with limited sidewalks and speedy traffic, but we managed with no problems. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"I would have given 5 stars if the restaurant was up and running but the restaurant was under construction. Everything is excellent, not as busy as other places so it is very romantic, beautiful and quiet away from the noisy part of Lake Como. Perfect get away place to stay for us."

"The hotel is a little out of the way but our room La Vista was beautiful. Parking is not actually at the hotel just a few metres north of the hotel. There’s a sign on the road saying ‘21’ and the driveway is immediately north of that. Go down and take the first right and park anywhere. Once you have someone show you how to get to reception, it’s easy. We decided the best way to see the lake was by driving to Bellagio and paying for parking for the day then using the boats to look at each village. We had a great time."

"We enjoyed our stay in this quaint cottage with the smell of wisteria from the front porch, the scenic lake view, and the sounds of birds and church bells in the morning. You can tell the home has been lovingly maintained by Lilia and her family for many years. We found it to be an ideal launching point to explore the surrounding areas while having a peaceful calm village to return to in the evening away from the hustle and crowds. The stairs are no joke and took some getting used to for us flatlanders; we would definitely not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. Lilia was very attentive, kind, and an absolute joy to communicate with! For those who are interested- I Giardini di Villa Melzi botanical garden in Bellagio was one of the most beautiful gardens we have ever visited. We highly recommend a visit for garden lovers in the Spring. "
