Very nice place to stay. Front desk staff is the friendliest and most helpful that I've seen for a long time. Good buffet breakfast selection. Spa and pool a short walk from hotel and the prices were reasonable. We will stay here again

Das Hotel ist soweit ok, was unheimlich nervt ist man muss für alles was man machen möchte extra zahlen - Sauna ist nicht im Preis inbegriffen - Schwimmbad ist nicht im Preis inbegriffen - Parkplatz ist nicht im Preis inbegriffen - Handtücher für die Sauna müssen extra bezahlt werden, Bademäntel ebenso... dafür ist die Übernachtung zu teuer - und das Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich - wir werden nicht wieder kommen

Erholsames Wochenende in ruhiger Umgebung

Erholsames Wochenende, freundlicher Empfang. Sauberes Zimmer in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Bad ist neu, die tolle Dusche super. Es gibt einen Bademantelgang in die Therme. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze, der Kurpark liegt gegenüber vom Hotel. Ohne Erwähnung gab es zum Geburtstag eine nette Karte und ein Fläschchen Sekt. Danke. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, das Menü war gut. Beim Frühstück am Sonntag fehlte einiges, die Platten am Buffet wurden 1,5 Stunden vor Ende der Frühstückszeit nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Schade.

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden - Zimmer mit Balkon, sehr vielfältiges Frühstücksbüfett, Syb.bad sehr gut erreichbar und bestens ausgestattet. Radonquelle hat uns sehr gut getan. Wir kommen wieder!

Pro: Das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Hotel ist noch sehr neu. Besonders schön war der BademantelGang zum Sybillenbad. Kontra: wir haben für eine Übernachtung mit Frühstück 114 € bezahlt, viel zu teuer für die Ausstattung des Zimmers (normales Doppelzimmer), das Zimmer war sehr klein, man konnte kaum um das Bett herum laufen. Das Frühstück war auch sehr enttäuschend, bereits um 9:00 Uhr war das Buffet fast leer geräumt Und wurde auch nicht mehr nachgefüllt. Das Personal in diesem Hotel ist wohl ausschließlich aus Tschechien, im Frühstücksraum wurde sich auch nur auf Tschechisch unterhalten, das fanden wir sehr störend. Man kam sich vor als ob man im Ausland wäre. Allein die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet hat und nicht vom Hocker gerissen. Alles in allem ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bei diesem Hotel nicht gut.
