Nice hotel

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very kind. The location is not far from both the train station and the downtown (almost middle of the slope between the station and the downtown). The breakfast was not gorgeous but sufficiently good for me. Only the problem was no AC. The room was quite hot during my stay.

The meeting that I was schedule to attend in Neuchatel was cancelled a full six months before it was to take place due to the Covid-19 pandemic. When I attempted to communicate with the hotel both through Orbitz and directly to see if I could get a refund, partial, refund, or postpone my reservation until next year, my queries were met with silence. Clearly not a guest-customer oriented establishment. The kept the deposit and didn't say a word. Very poor customer relations.

Neuchâtel bei Regen

Das äusserst zentral gelegene Hotel ist eine kleine Perle in dieser Stadt mit durchaus romantischem Flair. Unser Zimmer war extrem ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen, praktisch eingerichtet und funktional. Die Bedienung war aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gutes Hotel für Kurzaufenthalt

Insgesamt gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für eine Nacht, Hotel bzw. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Grösstenteils sauber. Altstadt gut erreichbar in wenigen Fussminuten. Leider kein Parkplatz und keine Vergünstigung (mind. CHF 25.00 pro 24h in umliegenden Parkhäusern!)

I have booked this hotel because it said that I would have a mini kitchen. Upon check-in, I did not find any, so I asked the receptionist and she said "oh but we are fully booked and I cannot change." It was a disappointment. The room was very small as well.

Un bon choix pour dormir à Neuchâtel

L'hôtel n'est pas facile à trouver et je n'ai pas trouvé où me garer ailleurs qu'au parking du centre commercial à proximité. Mais il est bien situé, refait à neuf et d'un tarif raisonnable.
