"Great hotel, in a easy to access location. The train run very frequently to access the city or Festival hall if needed. One thing I would point out, if you need your room cleaning, and towels changing, then this must be booked before 3pm the day before with reception, this wasn't made clear to me, however fresh towels were available from reception when asked. Other wise highly recommended and would definitely stay again."

"First off, I love the design idea to have the shower outside of the bathroom and facing the room. It actually creates a more relaxing experience. The room was clean, spacious, and had a very nice view of the river. All the male receptionists were very kind and friendly. The female night receptionist was a bit off-putting. I would absoutely stay in this hotel again."
