"The hotel is in bad condition. The rooms smell like smoke. The smoke detector was missing in one room and there were burn marks everywhere.Had to purchase products to clean the bathroom. There were smears on the wall. The other room the ac was not in order and they were aware is did not work before renting the room. Upper management refused to even acknowledge the problem. Will never return."

"Though we were not able to get a smoking room we were very happy with our stay, it was too cold to use the pool, and we didnt eat on the property but it did have a fridge and when we asked for a microwave it was provided. Woyld love to stay here again."

"The perfect place to stay if you need a clean, lovely, and affordable room in Reno. The staff is super sweet and gracious. The casino is nice if gambling is your thing. J Resort doesn't have all the big amenities of some of the super casinos (pool, hot tub, spa, etc), but it's central location downtown makes up for that. Restaurants are great too (locals get 25% off with a players card). Also, super easy parking (covered and free)."

The rental she had originally available to us had some issues with heat the day of our check in - she set us up in this gorgeous property instead and we absolutely LOVED it. She went above and beyond to prepare a beautiful and clean space for the long weekend. I would recommend her 10/10 "
