This place is like a fantasy come true. Stayed inside one of the cave rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The room was amazing and so were the amenities. The staff were all kind and helpful. Highly recommend you stay here.

Our experience was fantastic, and Carus Cappadocia was one of the main reasons our trip was so memorable. The location of the hotel is excellent and easily accessible, the views are breathtaking, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. A special shoutout to Fatima, who made sure our days started with a wonderful breakfast and a smile. Give her a raise already! Highly recommend Carus Cappadocia, and we would definitely stay here again!

The staff made the trip even more impressive. The receptionist were a breath of fresh air, Super friendly and helpful. Check in was so easy. The room was perfect with everything you could need. Definitely would staff here again.

Great location, good breakfast and genuinely amazing staff — everyone was kind, helpful, and welcoming. We also loved Daisy, the hotel dog. For around $338 CAD/night, though, our Deluxe Cave Suite felt very basic and didn’t match the other deluxe suites shown in photos. The rooftop was closed for renovations, and the balloon view was limited. Beautiful hotel overall, but for the price, we expected more. 3/5.

We loved our stay at the Carus Cappadocia. The hotel was beautifully styled throughout as was our cave room. The location was great and there was a rooftop terrace that was open to guests 24/7. Breakfasts were great and they offered eggs and omelettes included in the buffet. The staff was very helpful. I woiuld highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Cappadocia.

Centrally located, very friendly front desk. Have us an upgrade without asking for it. Pool and spa facilities were great. The buffet breakfast was very impressive. Staff was helpful with all extra curricular activities. The terrace restaurant and outside deck were amazing. Had a lovely dinner there and the deck is a great place to view the hot air balloons. Would highly recommend it.

Great spot as so close to the main road with restaurants, shops and just a walk up to su site point to watch the balloons. Great service from start to finish as front desk provided good info and arranged out transport to and from the airport for a very reasonable $. Thanks to Fatima as she served us wonderful Turkish coffee, tea and breakfast with a welcome smile every day to start our day.

You must stay here! When you are traveling, your hotel should feel inviting, safe and welcome. Carus staff does all of that. Special thanks to Gul in the restaurant and the nice woman who checked me in on Sunday June 28. My room was wonderful. Get the room with the French balcony. It is a huge room with lots of amenities. A fridge with cold water. Coffee and tea. Blackout drapes. An indoor pool. Great restaurant there - Haruna. I ate there every meal. Breakfast is a feast s as d all fresh food. You can get eggs cooked to order. All around great visit!! I plan to return and tell my friends to stay here.

Where do I begin…it is situated in great location. Staff most importantly was very warm and welcoming. I arrived early and they had my room ready within hour as I arrived before check in. Breakfast has so many options and all fresh. They were quick to address ac issue. The only thing, which wasn’t a big deal, there was no TV in my room. There was a remote control but no tv. I am a solo traveler and am use to background noise but I made it work. They even made me a fresh warm egg sandwich to go as I was leaving to airport before breakfast hours. Exceptional.
