This place was surreal. The room was so beautiful and quiet, the staff was excellent even when I was a bit tired and grumpy the first day, the location and food and amenities were perfect. Honestly it was like a dream.

Nice hotel but the heater is a problem In this hotel. The front desk needs to control the heat. Breakfast at the restaurant was very clean and Fatima, our waitress was super nice and helpful.

We had an amazing stay here! The staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The accommodation was clean, modern, and beautifully maintained, with stunning scenery all around. The location was fantastic, with everything within walking distance, making it so easy to explore the area. They have an amazing rooftop so we were able to have such a breathtaking view of the whole Göreme and the hot air balloons. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is like a fantasy come true. Stayed inside one of the cave rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The room was amazing and so were the amenities. The staff were all kind and helpful. Highly recommend you stay here.

Facilities were really good and staff was very helpful and supportive. The only negative experience was with the shuttle service that was going to take us to the airport, as he reported late and had a 10-minute stop during the journey to put gas in the vehicle. Leaving us with stress due to the very short time to catch our flight.

Our experience was fantastic, and Carus Cappadocia was one of the main reasons our trip was so memorable. The location of the hotel is excellent and easily accessible, the views are breathtaking, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. A special shoutout to Fatima, who made sure our days started with a wonderful breakfast and a smile. Give her a raise already! Highly recommend Carus Cappadocia, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great location, good breakfast and genuinely amazing staff — everyone was kind, helpful, and welcoming. We also loved Daisy, the hotel dog. For around $338 CAD/night, though, our Deluxe Cave Suite felt very basic and didn’t match the other deluxe suites shown in photos. The rooftop was closed for renovations, and the balloon view was limited. Beautiful hotel overall, but for the price, we expected more. 3/5.

We LOVED our stay at Carus for a variety of reasons. The hotel itself is gorgeous, right in the centre of town so walkable to everything and really beautifully looked after. We had a junior suite which was a great size and a lovely place to retreat to after a busy day. The breakfast was superb, great variety and Fatma was really lovely and looked after us so well. The hotel roof top is huge and has a fabulous view although we were asked to move by staff after sitting up there one afternoon briefly with our own drinks as apparently it's reserved for the restaurant only which was slightly annoying as that isn't clear or written anywhere and we were the only people there just having a minute to enjoy the view in the sunshine. There is a small terrace lower down where you can sit instead but there aren't many seats. The spa is a lovely treat after a busy day exploring and is so unique. Overall we loved our stay here. Staff were lovely, decor beautiful and I would absolutely recommend.

We booked the suite and it was really great: a beautiful and clean room. The only issue we had was connecting the WiFi to the TV to watch some Netflix. Also, even though the room is very big, the bed is right in the middle, which could be rather inconvenient for some people. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was one of the best we had in Türkiye. The coffee is very good. Please note: if you care about having a good view of the balloons, this hotel might not be perfect for that in our experience. You can still view them, but the rooftop is quite basic. The amenities are great: a nice indoor swimming pool and sauna (though we haven’t used them). The property is quite nice and somewhat quiet.
