The location was closer to Göreme main street, so it's within walking distance from/to restaurants. The best thing was the panoramic view from the hotel rooftop lounge. It's a boutique hotel within budget.

Hotel was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing missing was the air conditioning in our room, mentioned in Expedia. We received a room upgrade for the 2nd day. Manager of the hotel was very helpful and accommodating to make our experience an unforgettable one. We recommend the hotel and will stay again.

Room was cleaned on a daily basis. The cave room really stands out due to its unique design and nature. One thing they can improve is adding an additional AC unit (external), I woke up few times due to sweat accumulation. Overall, great hosts, great place to staying in especially the rooftop cafe and restaurant and for viewing hot air balloons during sunrise

Nice hotel

It is a small and cosy hotel. Unique experience of being a cave hotel. Castle cave hotel has a nice view of the morning balloons. Close from the main street for food and souvenir.

From the moment we arrived, it felt magical. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything about the stay exceeded our expectations. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for three friends to relax and enjoy the trip together. The front desk staff were fantastic. Everyone was so helpful, friendly, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all got a great night’s sleep. The restaurant and terrace were definitely a highlight, probably the best we’ve experienced around. Whether it was for breakfast or evening drinks, the food and ambiance were top-notch. Overall, we had an amazing stay and can’t recommend this place enough. Can’t wait to come back!

Great Service

The staff is very helpful. They are very friendly and go to the effort to be informative of events and attractions in the area. They were prompt to help send our laundry out for cleaning and set up camel rides, airport shuttle and area tours.

Fantastic stay

This hotel was amazing and the people who run it are some of the most helpful and friendly. You won’t regret staying here. We could practically touch the hot air balloons from the terrace.

This is a gorgeous hotel close to the main center. My room was excellent with a balcony (with a little nook!) and jacuzzi. The views were stunning and room comfortable. Staff were helpful and very friendly. I would go back and recommend a stay here.

Great place to stay and very friendly staff

The staff was super helpful as soon as we arrived by providing a cot for our baby and given is great recommendation to eat and do some kids friendly activities. The view is also fabulous for both sunset and sunrise and their breakfast was super tasty!
