The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars Is because we communicated our need for 2 beds well in advance and were assured it would be provided but it was not. The beds are only full size so sharing was very uncomfortable.
Otherwise the property was clean, well-maintained, and had excellent WiFi and AC. The breakfast provided by the hotel is truly excellent - it has numerous options and the quality was by the far the best we experienced in our 2 weeks in Turkey.
The beds are small and very firm (IMO too firm).
Because the hotel is built in caves on the side of a hill, there are many stairs some of which are a lot treacherous so I would not recommend it if you have accessibility issues.
The verandas offer beautiful views of the area. The shops and restaurants in downtown Goreme are within a short walk.
The hotel staff helped us book our excursions (balloon ride and jeep safari), which was very helpful and we really enjoyed them.
