We particularly enjoyed the spa and the attentiveness of the staff! Be aware that the balloon view from the hotel isn't amazing, but there is a perfect viewpoint 5 minutes up the hill

Place was beautiful and staff was great . Only small issue was they didn’t have an iron available. So you have to pay for laundry service to get your clothes ironed which was a bit of an inconvenience . Other than that the place was great . Breakfast was really good . Spa is a must !

The staff was amazing. Excellent location and walkable distance to everything. I would definitely recommend. Only con the bathroom had a slight smell and WiFi wasnt super strong. Still very much worth it. I would stay again.

Gorgeous setting for the hotel, it’s beautiful. The room was fantastic, completely unique. The service was great throughout the property. The only drawback for me was the breakfast, as it’s not a buffet there’s limited choice. If you’re big on eggs and cheese it’s for you, if not there is definitely a little less to enjoy. Overall really great hotel and would stay again.

An excellent stay in Nevşehir. The cave room was the highlight atmospheric, cool, and quiet, with unforgettable valley views at sunrise as the balloons went up. The spa was a perfect way to unwind after exploring. But the staff made the difference: warm, attentive, and genuinely personal. If you’re coming to Cappadocia, this is the kind of place that makes the trip. Highly recommend.

One of the best places I have stayed at in my travels. The rooms as super, we felt like on a honey moon. We used the spa, the in door pool, sauna, etc all very clean. Very good if you want to see the baloons in the morning. I recomend this place. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

The place is exceptional. The best so far in Cappadocia. Best location and well maintained. We had breakfast as well in our package and everything is simply amazing. Highly recommended. Hats off to the staff for delivering exceptional service.

The cave room was very comfortable and clean, and it felt really special to stay in a real cave hotel in Cappadocia. The view from the hotel was amazing, especially in the morning with the hot air balloons. Breakfast was very good with many choices. The staff were kind and helpful and always smiling. They helped us with tours and anything we needed. The location is also great, close to the center but still quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. 👍

Great place to stay when visiting Cappadocia. Centrally located with a good view of the balloons. The cave suites were a unique stay with great amenities. The staff were very friendly and helped us book transfers to and from the hotel. We also received a complimentary room upgrade due to their spa being under going repairs in preparation for peak season!
