I booked a room with three bedrooms. In two of them, the shower water pressure was extremely weak, and in the remaining one, the showerhead was detached from the pipe. No action was taken during my two-night stay.

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional, especially as I was traveling with my three kids. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. They were especially thoughtful with the children... on top of the delicious breakfast, they even made fresh fries just for them, which was a big hit. The hotel recently opened a new restaurant and we were impressed not only by the quality of the food but also by the flexibility in dining options. We enjoyed meals on the rooftop patio with beautiful views, in the peaceful courtyard, and even in their unique cave restauran... each setting offered a different and memorable experience. The location was also perfect. It was an easy walk to a variety of local restaurants, a grocery store, and the post office where we could exchange money. We also enjoyed visiting several nearby castles, making this a convenient and culturally rich base for exploring the area. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a welcoming, comfortable, and well-located place to stay.

The stay at Pinhan Suites was incredible from start to finish. The check in was very smooth and quick. The cave suite was very spacious and clean and incredible attention to detail, true to the pictures. The staff were very friendly and tended to all our needs. The breakfast was lovely and good variety for different tastes. The staff arranged our balloon ride with an exceptional company. There are plenty of eating options within walking distance from Pinhan Suites and lots of sites to visit within walking distance. The staff arranged all transportation upon request and very very efficient. Had an absolutely fantastic time during our 5 night stay. Will highly recommend. Shout out to Riski and the breakfast staff for the amazing, friendly and polite service.

Geçtiğimiz hafta sonu ailemle birlikte Kapadokya’da bu otelde konakladık ve gerçekten çok güzel bir deneyim yaşadık. Odalar son derece temiz ve konforluydu, otelin genel ambiyansı da oldukça huzur vericiydi. Ama asıl etkilendiğimiz nokta, çalışanların güler yüzü ve misafirperverliğiydi. Her biri işini severek yapıyor ve misafirleri memnun etmek için ellerinden gelenin fazlasını sunuyor. Özellikle resepsiyon ve restoran ekibine ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Ailece gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğimiz harika bir yer.

Room was right outside the breakfast dining area with no noise insulation. Property was okay but probably this is the kind of hotel you get in the area. Part of our family wanted to have breakfast earlier than before but they said that they will only serve breakfast once so it is not allowed :(

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Pinhan Cave Suite in Üchisar-Kappadokien war einfach unvergesslich. Das Hotel ist genauso schnuckelig, wie es auf den Bildern wirkt. Die familiäre Atmosphäre und die natürliche Einrichtung haben uns sofort wohlfühlen lassen. Das Personal war außerordentlich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Mit ihren reiseführenden Qualitäten haben sie es uns ermöglicht, die Umgebung leichter zu erkunden und die besten Orte in Kappadokien zu entdecken. Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich beim gesamten Team bedanken, das unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm gemacht hat. Unser Zimmer war sehr hübsch und mit Naturstein gestaltet, was dem Raum eine besondere und gemütliche Atmosphäre verliehen hat. Es war sauber, gut gepflegt und bot alles, was wir brauchten. Alles in allem kann ich dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist der perfekte Ort für einen erholsamen und authentischen Aufenthalt in Kappadokien.

The staff was completely disinterested and didn’t bother cleaning the rooms even while we were away all day. The breakfast was average, but the area around has some decent restaurants. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. It’s just as well we spent 2 days and were away on tours all day.

Excellent Stay!!

It's a fantastic place to stay. Everything was nice and clean, with updated bathrooms and showers. The cave-style hotel was perfect. If you want something different with a great experience, stay here. You won't regret it. The service was excellent.
