Oda plan eşyalar ve genişlik açısından ideal boyuttaydı, yatak kalitesi tv koltuk masa iyiydi, konfor düzeyi bu konuda iyiydi, zemin katta bir odada kaldık ve pencereleri mevcuttu lakin pencereler diğer odalara giden koridora baktığı için odada konaklarken pencereleri açmak rahatsızlık verebiliyor. oda sıcaklığı çok soğuk bir mevsimde gitmemize rağmen gayet iyiydi, ısıtma konusunda herhangi bir problem yaşamadık. ulaşım açısından konum olarak ulaşmak zor olmadı son 500 metre hariç yolda herhangi bir bozukluk yoktu, otelin konumu çok sakin bir yerde.ulaşmadan önce ulaşım açısından personel yardımcı oldu, iletişim kurdu. havalandırma sistemi yetersizdi ama geniş bir oda olduğu için çok basık bir hava yoktu, mağara konsepti olduğu için hava sirkülasyonu anlaşılabilir bir durum, banyo kısmında ise gider kaynaklı olduğunu düşündüğüm daha temel bir sorun ve havalandırma sıkıntısı vardı, bence bunun mutlaka çözülmesi gerekiyor. bu koku her geçen gün ağırlaştı. Odaya ilk girdiğimizde halının üzerinde bir adet çekirdek mevcuttu temizlik konusunda soru işareti yarattı bu durum, odadaki jakuziyi kullandıgımız zaman da daha ilk doldurmada yeterince temizlenmemis oldugunu gördük malesef. ekstra temizlik yapmadan jakuziyi kullanamadık. karşılamada park yeri ve valizler açısından personel yardımcı oldu genel olarak ilgililerdi. havalandırma kadar asıl 2. büyük sorun restoran hizmetinde. 4 gece konaklama yaptık ve 4 kez kahvaltı hizmeti aldık, kahvaltı çok yetersizdi.
