Located in a vibrant, historic neighborhood, our property offers not one but TWO entire houses with their own kitchens, living spaces, and bathrooms—all connected by a shared courtyard built for relaxation and fun.

• Two Fully Stocked Kitchens: Prepare meals at your leisure in either the main house or the casita.
• Separate Living Areas: Enjoy two living rooms so the kids can watch movies in one space while adults unwind in the other.
• Flexible Sleeping Arrangements: With 3 queen beds in the main house, 2 king beds in the casita, plus sleeper sofas and a twin daybed, your group will have plenty of room to relax.
• Historic Charm with Modern Comforts: Built in 1929, the main house boasts original details and character. Embrace a few quirks—like creaky floorboards and a brief wait for hot water—while enjoying premium mattresses and linens throughout.
A private, spacious courtyard joins the two houses, featuring an outdoor grill, lounge chairs, and a dining area perfect for gatherings in the Texas sun.
