We had a great time at this property! Host was very communicative, check in was smooth, and the location was convenient. You could easily walk to the tube shoot for a fun weekend of floating. Would stay here again.

We were in town for a weekend of Music at the Whitewater Amphitheater. We loved the location of the condo. Great neighborhood and lots of great restaurants nearby.

Wurstfest Weekend Getaway

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, well stocked, and had great river access. It was just a short drive from the Wurstfest and very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The host Kody was very responsive to all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Getaway

Work from home and needed a change of scenery. Enjoyed the hot tub and condo location. Master bath shower a bit small but overall very clean, comfortable place. King bed in master very comfortable.

Great location to everything

Great location for all sorts of activities. Super close to accessing the Comal River. This trip was a quick weekend for baseball camp so hoping to come back for some needed R&R and take in all the warm-weather attractions. The property owner was very friendly and informed us of the HOA performing maintenance on a water line before our arrival. Helped us navigate easily to the condo location. The only drawback was the water didn't stay warm long enough for 2 adults and kids to shower. This could be a reason for the water line maintenance being performed by the HOA. Also, the upstairs resident doesn’t allow much room for one to share the covered parking spot for a full size SUV. Very tricky to park especially at night. Overall, we enjoyed the place and would book again with this owner.

House was supper clean, very nice! The only thing was said sleeps 8 we had 7 sleeping I’m Glad I brought an air mattress and sheets. But latter found an air mattress with tubes, so communication is always key, Kolby was very quick to answer any questions I had along with advice on places to go. I will definitely use this place again, the only thing I would bring next time is extra blankets and towels.

It had everything we need to cook Inside And outdoor plenty of bedding, clean and decor made it like home. Next year we plan to go back but we want to be looking out to river the boys had fun here good neighborhood to stay in

Great location!!

This was the perfect location! It was close to the water and right across the street from Schlitterbahn. The host was very responsive and even came on Father's Day to bring sheets. Would definitely stay again!
