Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Host was great! Everything was great! The only thing I can say bad is the master bathroom shower head - not good pressure and was not easy to adjust- we tried but was not any better- Love location - would stay there again!

Location Location Location

Can’t beat the location if you are wanting to explore Gruene. Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and Gruene Hall. The rental was very dirty though - with a thick layer of dust on the top of the cabinets, mirrors, light fixtures and vents. Shower had left of hair on the walls from the prior guests. Also when I wiped the kitchen counters backsplash down it was black. Unfortunate / because the location is amazing.Rental is a little smaller than it appears in the pictures ..but that’s not a deal breaker.

Decent place and great location

I will try to say the same thing I said on the Vacasa site, as this place is managed by them:( First we requested an early check in as we were at the property and could see no one was there cleaning. This was denied. They do not like to communicate via VRBO and wanted us to use their app. It was quiet. Fairly clean

Great Location and Comfortable

This complex has a lovely location in Gruene with easy parking and walking to everywhere in the area. Loved having pool and river access. Plenty of beds too.

Great Location

This condo is in one of the best locations in Gruene. Easy walk to everything, easy parking, and you have access to the river. The unit was clean and everything was as advertised.

The property was nice. Could use some updating and new bedding and sheet's. We had some issues and contacted the property owner and they were quick to respond.

Great location, easy to access and had all we needed. I highly recommend this lovely condo for anyone wanting to tube, swim, and explore Gruene!

Not Clean

The house overall was just not clean. You needed to make sure you had shoes on the whole time while in the unit because your feet would be black on the bottom from the dirt on the floor. There was someone’s bandaid on the floor along with a fake nail on the floor in the bathroom. Went to use a plate from the cabinet and each one that was put up had some kind of dirt or mold on them, most likely from being put away wet or not cleaned properly. For the amount that is charged as a cleaning fee, it’s a joke. I also sent a request to see if we could by chance check in early and got no response until the day we were checking out. The location was nice but so not worth it, at least in this unit. Won’t be staying here again.

Very comfortable! Great location!!

The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and it was nice to find toiletries, clean towels and clean sheets. The apartment is on the river, nice balcony with plenty of seating, the pool helped a lot to entertain the kids and cool off after a long day floating the river, walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, water attractions, etc. we have not complaints but the DVD not working, unfortunately we found out after renting movies for the kids to relax. We tried calling the management company to solve the issue, but never heard back from them. Besides that and not having a keurig coffee maker, nothing negative to say. I’ll stay here again.

Great condo

Accurate description, clean and comfortable property in a great location. It was a little hard for us to find initially and we had trouble with the door code, but the property service was responsive and provided a quick workaround. Will definitely stay there again in the future.
