"Hotel was in a good location and room was nice. A couple of the fittings need attention and the cleaners did not replace “consumables”. It is a self checkout so can’t rate the stafff. Overall a good stay"

"This was one of the most enjoyable stays I’ve experienced in recent years. The area of Brockenhurst is stunning and I’m very glad Rhinefield House Hotel was my base to explore it. The grounds were gorgeous and the staff were extremely conscientious and made the atmosphere. The breakfast made the perfect start to the day and I’d definitely visit again. "

"Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Beautiful location in the heart of the New Forest with wild ponies roaming right outside. Dinner was also very good and a nice atmospheric room in the evening. "

"This little cottage was perfect for our needs. We were 4 adults sharing the space. We spent 4 nights here and loved every moment. Our Host Lina was very thorough with her welcome and provided everything we needed and more. Stag Cottage was an excellent base while down visiting family near here and exploring the area. There are so many trails, I wish we had more time to stay. The village of Burley is lovely and idyllic. The cottage was very clean and there was a welcome basket with drinks and snacks. The hot tub was perfect to soak in after busy days. "

"We loved our stay here. We’d come to run a local half marathon and the staff went out of their way to ensure we could have an earlier breakfast than the usual times. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room was cosy but so cute and had all we needed. The beds were comfy with lovely bedding. We’d definitely return and recommend to others. "

"Location great. Beautiful house and Garden although dog poo had not been picked up. Well equipped kitchen. Large beds but extremely hard mattresses and pillows so sleep/comfort was not the best. Shower was very low pressure. Lack of communication from Chloe was an issue not replying to emails or answering calls. No Welcome pack was provided although upon reading the guest book a welcome pack of honey is normally provided. If bed comfort and communication is improved I would return and recommend."
