"BEWARE!!! This was terrible. It’s not a hotel by any means. Located in a bad neighborhood, there is no one there to greet you. "I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo. I just left immediately and put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I’ve never had this experience before. "

"The main lobby and bar and on-site restaurant were nice. The room is need of a remodel but generally still clean and comfortable. Location is 10/10 because it is directly across from Newark airport. The room was extremely well insulated, did not hear a single airplane flying over. "

"We decided to leave the hotel . We stayed there last week and the hotel was a mess and the staff was rude. When we got there the room wasn’t ready and we were told to wait in the restaurant. Went to the restaurant and was told we were in the wrong spot and we had to move because we couldn’t get service there so we moved to the bar and then a woman would name Shakira who worked there yelled at us because our bag was in the way and she didn’t say excuse me or anything and it was just one of the most awful experiences I’ve ever had and I will never stay to Hilton property again."

You can tell they remodeled but its more like putting lipstick on a pig. If you just need somewhere to sleep for a night or two, it will be fine but don't expect too much."

"Booked this hotel as I was stuck in Newark. I could have chosen from any number of airport-located options at similar, even lower, prices. But, I chose this hotel as they advertise a lovely buffet breakfast which I very much would have needed after traveling for 30 hours. I check in to the hotel only to be told that they do not have breakfast. Instead, they can offer an apple and muffin in a brown paper bag. I was furious and disappointed. Hotel staff didn't care. They offered nothing, no rate discount, nothing. Avoid the deceptive marketing and go elsewhere."

"I like I was able to check in 2 hours early. I did not like I had to pay a $191 deposit for my stay. I did not like I had a broken toilet seat when I entered my hotel room, after paying $191 for a deposit. I had to go to the front desk twice to finally get someone to fix it, so my deposit wouldn’t be taken. I think the male hotel clerk knew this before charging me a deposit, that wasn’t expected. After that the day of me checking out, I inquired about my deposit being returned and they told me $70 would be taken out the $191 for parking. Ok. Then I left. It taught me, if a deposit is required of your room, go examine the room before your charge! I didn’t appreciate that one bit! It was ok..I will be looking somewhere else next time."
