Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. **Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. For check-ins from 1:00pm - 4:00pm, it's an extra $50 to have an extra cleaner assist with servicing the property. Check-ins before 1:00pm would require booking the previous night at a discounted rate. Contact the host for details. Exterior cameras are present for verification of guest occupancy.

**Please note that per city permit laws, this home has an internal noise monitoring device. This is not a recording device, and it only monitors noise levels. Placement of this device was made mandatory by the city.

**We require a separate Rental Agreement and Virtual Check-in forms to be e-signed and completed after your booking.

**Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed cancellation period will be issued minus the Stripe processing fee.
