Guests will have exclusive and uninterrupted access to the entirety of the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom space, living/dining room, Kitchen, front porch with rocking chairs/fan, rear deck, and private backyard and pool. Note this home is a duplex and the entire upstairs is occupied by other residents while the entire bottom floor is the space being offered.

Parking: Street parking is available but cannot be guaranteed. When utilizing street parking, please ensure adherence to city and state laws.

**Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. For check-in's from 1pm - 4:00pm, it's an extra $50 to have an extra cleaner assist with servicing the property. Check-in before 1pm would require booking the previous night at a much discounted rate. Contact host for details.

**We require a separate Rental Agreement and Virtual Check-in forms to be e-signed and completed after your booking.

**Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed cancellation period will be issued minus the Stripe processing fee.

**Street parking is not guaranteed and if you choose to utilize street parking please be considerate of city and state laws.
