It was a great stay. Staff was excellent! They need to warn people that it’s supposed to be haunted. I personally wouldn’t have book there if I knew that! Everything is was excellent! Staff goes above and beyond!

Keywanda and Shania were wonderful and SO helpful at check in, I had a lot of things being delivered for a birthday surprise and they were more than accommodating and also gave great energy for us to start our trip! Also don’t skip the biscuits and gravy on the weekend.

The ambiance and exterior decor make this a charming spot to stay while in New Orleans. The rooms are clean and the staff is very courteous and helpful. Great to enjoy Mr. Eds Seafood and Oyster Bar on the side of the hotel as well!

We had an amazing family trip at Maison St Charles. The staff was so nice and helpful. The property was in perfect location to transportation and walking activities. We got to see the French Quarter, magazine street, the Essence festival of culture and the good choices were phenomenal. I recommend the Maison St Charles and we will be back

We enjoy staying here. It's quiet and clean and out of the bourbon street chaos and we enjoy that. Right across the street from a trolley stop and lots of food and drink choices close.

The room was extremely comfortable. Beautiful hotel, coffee was fresh every morning.The beds are sooo comfortable. The pool was very nice as well. I didn't get to enjoy the breakfast definitely will next time. The location is wonderful, just have to walk across the street to the streetcar. I truly enjoyed myself. Will be booking again

The location, staff, service, and price was great for a 3 star hotel. I think that a few things could increase it's the overall rating. The shower head needs to be replaced, the caulking should be redone to avoid leaking when the shower is running, and the exterior shutters are damaged. Also, if the connected restaurant were open it would be a plus. Better maintenance to the property would make the overall satisfaction rating higher.

This is truly a hidden gem! It's a quaint resort, much bigger than we expected. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was amazing. Great location with the street car right out front.
